  • All of our arrivals and departures are done by mutually agreed upon convenient appointment times.

  • We understand it can be hard leaving a pet behind when you’re going away, therefore we like to keep owners up-to-date with what their pet is up to during their time with us if you would like.

    We provide ‘Bundates’ in the form of photos and videos, which we often send on WhatsApp or through a Google Photo Album

  • We require owners to provide enough of their rabbits regular food for during their stay (e.g nuggets). This prevents your rabbit from swapping diets for a short period of time - thus avoiding upset tummies.

    We provide Shavings and Hay for during your rabbits stay - if your rabbit beds on something different please let us know upon booking so we can advise on how to proceed.

    We provide our guests with fresh vegetables throughout their stay - please let us know if there are any that we should avoid!

  • Absolutely! Whilst we provide tunnels and hides in our enclosures you are more then welcome to bring your pets favourite toys for them to play with, or their own blanket so they have a piece of home with them on their holiday.

    Likewise, if they're partial to a bedtime treat (aren’t we all!) feel free to bring them along and we can give i to them when we go down to tuck them in.

  • To put it simply - as soon as you know you’re going away! Our service is really popular and as such spaces tend to fill up fast; especially during summer/school holidays.

  • We have loads of photos and videos on our website and social media pages to give people an insight to our facilities here at The Warren. However we understand sometimes that can’t beat seeing it in person!

  • We understand circumstances can change, if you need to alter or cancel your booking for any reason please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your booking start date we reserve the right to charge you the full booking cost.
